We are licensed and certified in the programs we provide. Along with the online courses, Court Educational Programs offers a variety of group services. Shoplifting Awareness The shoplifting program was designed for first time offenders of retail theft. This 4-hour educational course is designed to help the offender better understand the consequences of shoplifting and how it affects others. $50.00
